The same 125 year old Summit Sourdough Starter you know and love, but fed with only Organic Flour.  Our organic dehydrated sourdough bread starter is fed with Organic Unbleached Flour.

Our starter boasts impressive activity and predictably and consistently triples in size in 5-8 hours. Your starter will last indefinitely with proper maintenance and feeding, allowing you to create your favorite sourdough breads, pizza dough, bagels, biscuits, waffles, cinnamon buns, cookies, pancakes and more for years to come!

- WHAT YOU GET -
1 package (15g which is approximately 1.5 tablespoons) of dehydrated  organic sourdough starter.  Your starter is packed in a food safe bag and heat sealed shut for safety.  Also included are instructions on how to re-hydrate your starter over 7 days, which includes some common FAQs and links to our favorite recipes and more!

MAY CONTAIN traces of RYE flour, barley, oat, mustard as per the bread flour we use to maintain our heirloom starter.

Our sourdough starter is dried through a special process to keep the wild yeast alive.  Store this package like a pantry item, in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight until ready to re-hydrate.
