I’m Christal the founder of The Nest Cafe & Boutique.

I am a retired Registered Nurse transformed soulpreneur.

I believe in creating community around raising children, supporting Mother’s and families in this life transition.

The cafe isn’t just about good coffee, but that’s a definite perk. We understand coffee is an aspect of ceremony and ritual and we take great pride and being able to connect with our customers, authentically!

The Nest was birthed out of the premise that no one should live in isolation.

There is so much natural, raw beauty in this world. We offer micro bakery style offerings, that are nourishing and intentional with the current grab & go busy lifestyle in mind.

We also want to create a calming environment to help promote nervous system regulation, and to just take a breath, at least for one moment.

Our products are carefully chosen to help support families, to be that one stop shop, and naturally and locally sourced.

And because we are so divinely attuned we believe in creating circle, healing the sister wounds, connecting with other Mother’s and increasing the general vibration of our community- we offer spiritually guided offerings connecting to the mind, body, spirit. To strengthen our Motherly instincts and live more in our truth.

It is our intention to grow this vision and create more accessibility to families across Alberta and eventually Country wide.
